|
|
For any of you who are going to the gigs for the tour, are any of you getting Rhydian t-shirts made? I know there was talk on RR about getting some, and I imagine the RATS probably have designs of their own, but i'm looking to get individual ones done for me and my mum. Can't decide on design though. Think one will be a phantom one, but can't decide on pictures or text for the other....
Ooh, if i was really adventurous I could make a collage t-shirt, like a patchwork quilt, of all the rhydian photos put together |

I'm not going to the tour, but I'd love a Rhydian T-shirt anyway! A collage sounds good, but so does a Phantom one!!! _________________ Owner of Rhyd Rocks! |

Right. I've come up with a couple of simple designs... Let me see if I can put them on here...
I'll probably use this one for myself:
This one for my mum:
And this one I can't get quite right:
If anyone should happen to like any and wants to use them, feel free. Also, if anyone wants to lay claim to the images just me know and i'll add a credit, cos I can't remember where they came from |

Went to the printing shop today, it'll cost £16 for each one, with the t-shirt supplied. At first I thought that was a lot, but to get myself an ink cartridge, transfers and t-shirts it'd probably cost much the same, and i'd probably mess it up! So i'm getting one of each printed It'll take a week.
I've emailed the guy the designs, and i'm waiting to hear whether the quality is good enough to enlarge them. Fingers crossed |

It's an ongoing nightmare Nat! Firstly, the printing shop said £16 per t-shirt and I emailed them the images to check they're ok and they haven't got back to me. Then someone suggested Asda, so I logged into their website to order them at a much better price, but my images aren't high enough quality
So now I'm wondering if I should just make them myself using iron on transfers, as that way I can choose the size of the images, based on how good the quality is?
Why is nothing ever straight forward? |

| I love the first one Yarnie. Any chance of giving us all details of how to obtain one? Or how to order from your supplier? |

Well the pictures printed fine onto the transfers Yay! But I kind of forgot that I haven't bought t-shirts yet! I don't know if you're meant to print them right before using them, do they dry out or anything? I hope not!!!!! |

Well if they've dried out then I can't use them! I'd have to buy new transfers and do it again. My mum bought the t-shirts today but I forgot to bring them back home after I visited her, so i'll go get them tomorrow and test them out. Fingers crossed that it works!!! |

It was a bit of a disaster! The red suit one came out far too dark and had to be thrown away Didn't even bother with the phantom one cos I knew that'd be just as bad.
The white suit one came out fairly ok, so we'll probably use it. But I need to find a different design I think..perhaps use what used to be my sig pic on RR - the angel of music one in the white suit (different pic to the one mentioned above).
Generally they looked pretty rubbish, so i'd recommend the RR ones that are being printed instead! |
